July 2008 - Maine Arts Teacher Fellowship - Maine Community Foundation and Maine Arts Educators Alliance. Traveled to Umbria Italy (Todi, Orvieto, Tivoli, Deruta, Casperia and Canonica) to paint the classical landscape under the guidance of Chicago Art Institute Prof. Nina Weiss.

Donations/Auctions
May 2008 - Ben Hayes Support Fund Auction, Lost Valley, Auburn. Donated a framed print to help assist Ben Hayes and his family with the medical care and equipment they need as the result of Ben's recent C5 spinal cord injury.
April 2008 - Expressions Through Lessons, Longly School, Lewiston, Maine. Donated two framed prints to benefit a summer art program for inner-city children.

Started in 2003 by Klein Dytham Architects, Pecha Kucha Night is an opportunity for designers of all stripes to present their work. We welcome a broad mix of participants to present their designs, thoughts and ideas in a format of 20 slides x 20 seconds each.
If you're an architect, graphic designer, illustrator, painter, landscape designer, photographer or some creative type, then come and tell the world about your ideas in 6 minutes and 40 seconds.
Pecha Kucha is a fast-paced, friendly social hour where you can see and/or present work while enjoying a beer and meeting other designers and artists.
So come thirsty, bring along your friends and be prepared to get inspired!
